Top Donors

See which interest groups and organizations have given the most money to a legislator's campaign.

• The Top Interests tab shows the interest groups, like life insurance or credit unions, that have contributed the most money to a given legislator.

• The Top Organizations tab shows the companies, unions, and political action committees that have contributed the most money to a legislator. Contributions from individuals are grouped according to their employers. For example, the contribution total for Kleiner Perkins Caulfield and Byers includes contributions from people who listed that organization as their employer on their donation forms.

• The Geography tab shows the percentage of a legislator’s total contributions received coming from outside of the district that he or she is representing.
