Summary
This bill ratifies the amendments to the Tribal-State Gaming Compacts recently renegotiated by the Governor and five gaming tribes. It authorizes the issuance of bonds, secured by Indian gaming revenue, for an amount up to $1.5 billion, to be dedicated for transportation improvement purposes. It also provides the tribes with the authority to seek injunctive relief if their exclusive right to conduct Class III games in this state is ever breached.
