Summary
This bill amends the Small Business Act (the Act) to reauthorize for FY2008-FY2009 certain small business assistance programs of the Small Business Administration (SBA) authorized under the Act and the Small Business Investment Act of 1958, including a disaster mitigation pilot program, general and start-up small business loans, disaster loans, and grants to microloan program intermediaries and technical assistance providers.
