REMEDY by Milan Sundaresan, Jun 19, 2008 (9:27pm)

This legislation would eliminate the late enrollment penalty for low-income subsidy-eligible individuals after 2007 while providing rebates of the penalties paid before the Act. It would amend the Social Security Act to delay payment of the penalty until after 2007.
