HR 1427 by Navid Khajehnajafi, Jun 29, 2008 (11:22pm)

The Bush Administration officially supported passage of HR 1427 (on recommendation by the House Financial Services Committee) on the grounds that it would stimulate home ownership rates among low-income and first-time homebuyers. HR 1427 seems a valuable attempt at addressing key domestic policy.
