H.R.1675 by Eusebius Wong, Jul 11, 2008 (7:16am)

Adequate housing is a necessity of survival for people, affluent, destitute, and in between. H.R.1675 reduces the deterrents to investment in affordable housing for low-income individuals, and should be passed in the interest of improving the lives of individuals in difficult times, and to spur investment in an institution that, although has not proven financially profitable, significantly improves said lives. This legislation does not constitute a hand-out so much as the encouragement of the development of a product that some cannot find on teh market today- affordable housing.
