Do truly small businesses benefit? by Anna Costello-Dougherty, Jul 29, 2008 (4:27am)

This bill is meant to help small businesses be more competitive for receiving government contracts. However, the businesses who would be able to reap the most benefits from this bill are not what most people consider “small”. Often, large multi-national companies are able to use loophole which allow them to benefit from this small business legislation.
