Bank of human stem cells by Anna Costello-Dougherty, Jul 30, 2008 (6:54pm)

This bill will create a National Amniotic and Placental Stem Cell Bank. The bank will be responsible for obtaining, storing and making stem cells available for research.

Women providing stem cells must give informed written consent.
