Filling the Judging Gap by Maya Perelman, Jul 17, 2008 (11:01pm)

As bills go, this one is pretty bland. It simply states that there need to be more judges handling criminal immigration cases in southwest border districts (specifically in Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas) since the current number is inadequate to handle the current caseload. There doesn’t seem to much to be hotly contested here!
