Death Penalty by Ryan Birss, Aug 4, 2008 (4:47pm)

This bill will ensure the death penalty for terrorist offenses which create a grave risk of death. It also modifies other death penalty provisions. I feel this law creates a slippery slope and will encourage a greater use of the death penalty.
