Refinance Disaster Loans by Ryan Birss, Aug 5, 2008 (10:06pm)

This bill aims to refinance some of the disaster loans from the recent hurricanes. However, it was sponsored by Bobby Jindal and has no-cosponsers. Now that Jindal is a Governer, it seems like no one will be in the House to push this legislation.
