Bail Bonds by Danny Rogers, Aug 20, 2008 (5:28am)

This bill is a response to a 1995 court ruling in which the court claimed that a court could still withhold bail for infractions besides not showing to a court date (like a drug violation on parole). This, of course, upset many bail agents as it made giving bail a much riskier endeavor.
