Summary
This bill would amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (FISA)so that a court order is not required to collect communication information of non-US citizens outside the US for purposes of foreign intelligence. The act also would require court supervision for the gathering of communication information of US citizens and those in the US. (by MAPLight.org)
