S.2403, the bill to designate the new Federal Courthouse,of Richmond, Virginia, as the “Spottswood W. Robinson III and Robert R. Merhige, Jr. Federal Courthouse” does not have any opposition. The simple bill of naming the courthouse did not recieve much press.
