Florida Salvaging License Act by Tim Kahn, Jun 2, 2008 (1:17pm)

This bill would repeal a maritime statute that specifically requires vessels and their masters engaged in salvaging on the Florida coast to hold a special salvaging license, a requirement which other states do not seem to have.
