H.R. 6083 authorizes funding for the Ernest F.Hollings National Advocacy Center (NAC) in Columbia, South Carolina. The NAC, composed of the National District Attorney’s Association and the U.S. Department of Justice, focuses on training state and local prosecutors to better prosecute emerging crimes.
