preventing future crime by Anna Costello-Dougherty, Aug 5, 2008 (5:14pm)

The programs and decisions set out in this bill are meant to prevent future crime by providing children with programs that teach them to become productive adults. Also, there are decisions covering how children who are being held for trail should be treated and where they should be housed.

the overwhelming support for this bill shows that is has many worthwhile aspects.
