More studies, no action by Chris Clark, Mar 26, 2008 (5:30pm)

Critics of this bill complain that three more years of studying this problem is hardly meaningful action. Many believe it clear that fertilizer runoff is the primary cause of “red tide”, and only a serious effort to reduce this runoff in the gulf of mexico can reduce this funky algal attack.
