Full Text of this Amendment
At the appropriate place in title III, insert the following:
SUPPORT OF FOREIGN LAW ENFORCEMENT EFFORTS TO LOCATE UNITED STATES CITIZENS KIDNAPPED IN AREAS AFFECTED BY VIOLENT DRUG TRAFFICKING
Sec. __. Funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this title under the heading ``INTERNATIONAL NARCOTICS CONTROL AND LAW ENFORCEMENT'' shall be available for the support of efforts of foreign law enforcement authorities to locate United States citizens who have been kidnapped in, or are otherwise missing from, areas affected by violent drug trafficking.
