Full Text of this Amendment
SA 674. Mr. CORNYN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 1105, making omnibus appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
At the appropriate place in title I of division F, insert the following:
Sec. __. No funds made available under this Act shall be used to implement the Executive Order dated January 30, 2009, entitled ``Notification of Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Laws'' to the extent that the implementation of such order is in conflict with Executive Order 13201, dated February 17, 2001.
