SA 3473. Mr. LAUTENBERG submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3452 proposed by Mr. ROCKEFELLER to the bill H.R. 1586, to impose an additional tax on bonuses received from certain TARP recipients; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:


At the end of title VII, add the following:
SEC. 723. REPORT ON NEWARK LIBERTY AIRPORT AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER.
Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall report to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate, the Subcommittee on Transportation and Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies of the Senate, the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives, and the Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies of
the House of Representatives on the Federal Aviation Administration's plan to staff the Newark Liberty Airport air traffic control tower with a minimum of 35 certified professional controllers within 1 year after such date of enactment.
