Full Text of this Amendment
SA 1886. Mr. SANDERS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 1813 submitted by Mr. DORGAN to the bill H.R. 3183, making appropriations for energy and water development and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:
On page 34, line 7, before the period, insert the following: ``:
Provided further, That an additional $100,000,000 shall be used to make grants for energy efficiency improvement and energy sustainability under subsections (c) and (d) of section 399A of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6371h-1):
Provided further, That the amount made available under the heading `Nuclear Energy' shall be reduced by $100,000,000''.
