Mr. McCAIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 3288, making appropriations for the Departments of Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

At the appropriate place, insert the following:
SEC. __. ELIMINATION OF EARMARK FOR THE JACKSONVILLE AREA LEGAL AID.
None of the funds made available under this Act may be used for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid in Jacksonville, Florida for foreclosure prevention training and other legal services.
