Full Text of this Amendment

SA 1103. Mr. UDALL of Colorado (for himself, Mr. LEVIN, Mr. LIEBERMAN, Mr. UDALL of New Mexico, Mrs. GILLIBRAND, Mr. BURRIS, and Mrs. HAGAN) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 1058 proposed by Mr. DODD (for himself and Mr. SHELBY) to the bill H.R. 627, to amend the Truth in Lending Act to establish fair and transparent practices relating to the extension of credit under an open end consumer credit plan, and for
other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows:

At the end of title V, add the following:
SEC. 503. DISCLOSURE OF CREDIT SCORES.
Section 612(a)(1) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681j(a)(1)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
``(D) INCLUSION OF CREDIT SCORES.--Each consumer reporting agency described in section 603(p) that develops or uses a credit score with respect to any consumer shall include the information described in section 609(f) with the disclosures required by subparagraph (A) of this paragraph, free of charge.''.
